The Challenge

Creating personalized “I'm Attending” social graphics for every summit attendee is a manual nightmare. Previous attempts with Photoshop templates yielded only ~15 assets, leaving huge organic reach on the table.

The Protocol

We built a Viral Loop pipeline. It scrapes attendee LinkedIn profiles for photos, uses BannerBear to auto-generate branded assets in bulk, and distributes them via email — all without human intervention.

From “Nice to have” to “Must share”

The friction in sharing event excitement is usually asset creation. Attendees want to share, but they don't have a designer.

By automating the design process, we removed the friction. We used Clay to enrich attendee emails with LinkedIn data, BannerBear to place their headshot into a high-fidelity template, and Kit to email them a direct download link.

The result? A flood of “I'm attending!” posts that dominated the LinkedIn feed for the weeks leading up to the summit, generating buzz that money literally cannot buy.
